The Cause
All proceeds from The Peet Op Shop Ball for Anglicare WA go directly to supporting a new program launched at the event each year through Suitcase of Hope, and to support the delivery of services to vulnerable individuals and families in our community.
From Surviving to Thriving
Anglicare WA works together with people, families and their communities to enhance their abilities to cope with the challenges of life and relationships.
Anglicare WA is a not for profit community services agency. We provide 110 services from 35 locations across the state, from as far north as Kununurra to as far south as Albany. In the past year we assisted 35,000 Western Australians.
Anglicare WA works together with people, families and their communities to enhance their abilities to cope with the challenges of life and relationships. Our ultimate aim is that the people we walk alongside can thrive.
Our services fit within three areas:
Relationships: we work with individuals and families to build resilient relationships
Housing: we work with people to secure affordable, stable and appropriate homes
Financial stress: we work with people in times of financial crisis to deal with their immediate needs and plan for a more sustainable future
We rely on the generous support of the community, government and private sector to continue to offer these services and we thank you for supporting us tonight at The Peet Op Shop Ball for Anglicare WA 2012.
